Refund and Payment Terms

Information about payment, cancellation, and refund processes for Heysengo services

This translation is provided for informational purposes only. The legally binding version of this document is the Turkish one.

Important Notice

The digital services provided by Heysengo Labs Inc. ("Heysengo") include specially prepared software and technology solutions. For this reason, refund requests are not accepted except in the exceptional cases set out below.

1General Payment Terms

  • All payments are collected in advance before service activation.
  • Subscription packages are offered on a monthly or annual basis. A discount is applied to annual packages.
  • Payment transactions are carried out via a secure payment infrastructure by credit card, debit card, or wire transfer/EFT.
  • The invoice is delivered electronically to your registered email address after payment.
  • If the auto-renewal feature is active, automatic charging is made from the same card at the end of the subscription period.

2Cases Where No Refund Is Made

Refund requests are not accepted in the following cases:

  • The user changing their mind or no longer wishing to use the service
  • Not sufficiently reviewing the features or scope of the services before purchase
  • Problems arising from the user's own internet connection, hardware, or software incompatibility
  • Cancellation requests made after starting to use the service
  • The purchase of third-party services such as domain names or SSL certificates
  • Suspension or closure of the account due to a violation of the terms of use or service terms
  • Requests for partial use or interruption of the subscription period midway

3Cases Where a Refund Is Made

A refund is considered only in the following Heysengo-originated cases:

  • Technical failure: Critical technical issues originating from Heysengo systems that cannot be resolved within 72 hours
  • Failure to provide the service: The purchased service not being activated at all, or the committed features not being delivered
  • Duplicate payment: More than one payment being collected by mistake for the same service
  • Incorrect billing: A pricing error or charging for the wrong package

Refund requests must be made within a maximum of 14 days from the payment date.

4Refund Request Process

To make a valid refund request, follow the steps below:

Create a Support Request

Send an email to destek@heysengo.com or open a support request through the panel.

Describe the Issue in Detail

Share the issue you experienced, your purchase date, your payment reference number, and screenshots.

Technical Review

Our team will review your request within 3-5 business days and contact you.

Refund Transaction

If the request is approved, the refund is made via the method used for payment within 7-14 business days.

5Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation:

  • You can continue to use your services until the end of the current subscription period.
  • Auto-renewal is disabled and no charge is made in the next period.
  • No refund is made for unused time at the end of the period.
  • Your data is processed in accordance with our privacy policy.

6Legal Framework

This policy has been prepared within the framework of the Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

Note: Digital content and services are outside the scope of the right of withdrawal pursuant to Article 15/ğ of the Regulation on Distance Contracts. If you begin to use the service, you are deemed to have waived your right of withdrawal.
