Can I get a refund if it's not for me?
Yes. Paid plans have no free trial; instead you get a full refund within 14 days of your first payment if you haven't used that period's credits. You can try the product on the Free plan first, with no card.
How often are rankings updated?
On every paid plan, your tracked keywords are checked every day. On Free, once a week.
Which languages can I write articles in?
More than 30, including English, Spanish, German, French, Arabic and Turkish. Each article is written from the search results of the country you target.
What is AI visibility (GEO)?
It measures whether AI answers mention your brand and pages. AI bot visits to your site are tracked on every plan; automatic visibility checks are included in Pro and Agency at no extra cost.
Which currency do I pay in? How are taxes handled?
If your billing country is Turkey you pay in TRY; everywhere else in USD. Dodo Payments, our Merchant of Record, processes the payment, calculates VAT or sales tax for your country at checkout and issues your invoice.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Within 14 days of your first payment, if you haven't used your plan's credits, you get a full refund. Details are in the refund policy.
