1. Data we collect
Account details (name, email), billing country and billing name; the sites you add, the keywords you track, audit results and the content you generate; if you connect Google Search Console, the search data you authorize; technical logs for security and debugging (IP address, browser information).
2. Why we process it
To provide the service and manage your account (performance of contract), to complete payments and invoicing (legal obligation), and to keep the service secure and improve it (legitimate interest). We send marketing messages only with your explicit consent.
3. Who we share it with
We don't sell your data. To provide the service, we share it only with the following providers, and only as needed:
- Dodo Payments: payment, tax calculation and invoicing (Merchant of Record);
- Hosting and database infrastructure;
- Search data providers: only the keyword, country and domain are sent for ranking and keyword data;
- AI model providers: only the text needed to generate content is sent.
4. International transfers
Some of our providers operate outside Turkey and your country. We transfer data based on the explicit consent you give at checkout and on data processing agreements with our providers.
5. Retention
We keep your data while your account is open. When you close your account, your site and content data is deleted within 30 days; invoice records are kept for the legally required period.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete, object to the processing of and port your data (KVKK art. 11, GDPR arts. 15-21). To make a request: kvkk@heysengo.com. You also have the right to complain to the data protection authority in your country.
7. Cookies
We use essential cookies for your session and language preference. Analytics and advertising cookies run only if you consent.
