1. Parties and service
HeySEO is web-based SEO software provided by heysengo ("we"): site audits, keyword research, rank tracking, AI content generation, backlink analysis and AI visibility (GEO) measurement. These terms apply to everyone who uses HeySEO ("you").
2. Account
Your HeySEO account is your heysengo account. You're responsible for keeping your details accurate and your password confidential. You may only use your account for sites you own or are authorized to manage.
3. Plans, subscription and trial
The Free plan costs nothing. Paid plans (Solo, Pro, Agency) are sold as monthly or yearly subscriptions and renew automatically unless canceled before the end of the period. Paid plans have no free trial; the first period is charged at purchase. You can try the product on the Free plan without a card.
Upgrades apply immediately. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep your plan until then. If a payment is late, service continues for 3 more days, after which your account moves to the Free plan; your data isn't deleted.
4. Credits
Variable-cost work (such as AI articles, keyword research, backlink summaries and GEO checks) is paid for with credits. Credits included in your plan renew each period and don't roll over. Extra credit packs are one-time purchases, roll over and stay valid for 12 months from purchase. Credits have no cash value and can't be transferred.
5. Payment and taxes
Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, acting as Merchant of Record. If your billing country is Turkey you pay in TRY; elsewhere in USD. Applicable VAT or sales tax for your country is calculated on the checkout page, and your invoice is issued by Dodo Payments. We never store your card details.
6. Acceptable use
You may not:
- crawl sites you don't own or aren't authorized to audit at an intensity that could harm them;
- use content created with HeySEO for misleading or unlawful purposes or in ways that infringe others' rights;
- reverse-engineer the service, try to bypass quotas through automation, or resell your account.
7. AI content
Review AI-generated content before you publish it. You own the rights to use the content you generate and are responsible for its accuracy and publication. Search rankings are decided by third parties; no specific ranking or traffic is guaranteed.
8. Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect damages or lost profits, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
