1. Free trial
Paid plans have no free trial. You can try the product on the Free plan without a card.
2. Refund on your first payment
Within 14 days of a subscription's first payment, you get a full refund if you haven't used that period's plan credits. If you have used credits, you can request a prorated refund for the unused part; we decide after reviewing your request.
3. Renewals
Charges for automatic renewals aren't refunded; you can cancel any time and keep using your plan until the end of the period. This doesn't affect any refund rights you have under mandatory law.
4. Extra credit packs
An extra credit pack is refunded within 14 days of purchase if none of its credits have been used.
5. How to request
Email destek@heysengo.com with your order reference. Approved refunds are made through Dodo Payments (our Merchant of Record) to the original payment method and may take 5-10 business days to reach your bank. A refunded subscription ends immediately and your account moves to the Free plan.
