The terms and conditions to be followed when using the Heysengo platform

Dear Users,
These Terms of Use govern the use of the website www.heysengo.com and all its subdomains (the "Site") and the web application (the "Application") services provided by Heysengo Labs Inc. ("Heysengo", "we", or "the company"). By using the Site or the Application, you are deemed to have accepted these terms.
1Definitions
"User": Natural or legal persons who visit or use the Site or the Application.
"Member": Users who create a membership account by registering for the Application.
"Services": Website creation, hosting, domain management, and all related digital services provided by Heysengo.
"Content": All text, visuals, video, design, code, and similar materials available on the Site or the Application.
2Service Usage Conditions
By using Heysengo services, you accept the following conditions:
- You declare that you are over 18 years of age or have the consent of your legal guardian.
- You undertake to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
- You are responsible for the security of your account and for all activities carried out under your account.
- You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.
3Prohibited Uses
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Publishing illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or defamatory content
- Infringing copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights
- Distributing viruses, malware, or harmful code
- Sending spam, unsolicited email, or bulk messages
- Attempting actions that would compromise the security of the platform
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts
4Intellectual Property Rights
All content, design, logos, graphics, software code, and other materials on the Site and the Application are owned by Heysengo Labs Inc. or used under license.
Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or use these materials for commercial purposes without the express written permission of Heysengo.
Members own the copyright to the content they create on the platform but grant Heysengo the right to host and display such content.
5Limitation of Liability
Heysengo does not guarantee that the services will be uninterrupted or error-free. The services are provided "as is".
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Heysengo cannot be held liable for the following:
- Service interruptions or data losses
- Third-party content or links
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
6Account Suspension and Termination
Heysengo may suspend or terminate your account without any notice in the following cases:
- Violation of these Terms of Use
- Suspicion of illegal activity
- Failure to fulfill payment obligations
- Behavior that threatens platform security
7Changes
Heysengo reserves the right to change these Terms of Use at any time. Changes take effect the moment they are published on the Site.
Notification of significant changes will be sent to your registered email address. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the new terms.

8Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms of Use are subject to the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction over all disputes arising from or related to these terms.
