1. Right of withdrawal
Studio Monthly is a service delivered online. When ordering, you confirm that you want the service to start immediately after payment and that, for this reason, you have no right of withdrawal under art. 15(1)(h) of the Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation.
2. You can always cancel
- You can cancel at any time: in one click from My account › Studio Monthly, or by writing to destek@heysengo.com.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period; the Studio stays open until the end of the period you paid for and then doesn't renew.
- You can undo the cancellation until the end of the period.
3. Refunds
- No partial refund is made for unused days within a period.
- If a technical problem blocked your access for an entire period, we refund that period's price.
- Because payment is taken by Dodo Payments, Dodo makes the refund on heysengo's instruction, starting no later than 14 days after approval.
