heysengo Hey Click Studio Monthly — Pre-Contract Information Form

This is an English translation provided for convenience. If you are a consumer in Turkey, the Turkish version prevails.

This form sets out what you need to know before you start the subscription. If you read and accept this form and then confirm the order, you take on a payment obligation that recurs every month. This form is an integral part of the Studio Monthly Subscription Agreement.

1. Main characteristics of the service

Hey Click Studio Monthly is a software service delivered over the internet (tool access). While subscribed you get:

• The Studio tools: workflows, scene planning, Prompt Doctor, characters and locations, discovery, calendar.
• Video and image generation with the API key of your own AI provider account.
• Cloud archive: 5 GB of storage tied to your account.

Not included:

• Written lessons and the prompt library. These are in the separately sold Full Access package.
• Generation credits. You pay the provider whose key you use (e.g. fal, MiniMax, OpenAI) directly. heysengo does not sell credits and does not intermediate these charges.

Personal use. The subscription is for one person; you may not share your account (Terms of Use §3).

2. Seller

Merchant of Record for card payments: Dodo Payments. The checkout page belongs to Dodo Payments. Dodo resells the service on heysengo's behalf as Merchant of Record: it collects the monthly payment, issues the invoice and sales tax, and makes refunds. The transaction is also subject to Dodo's buyer terms: https://dodopayments.com/legal/buyer-terms. heysengo always provides the service and grants the licence.

3. Complaints and contact

Write to destek@heysengo.com with questions, complaints or cancellation requests. We reply within 3 business days at the latest.

4. Price, payment and renewal

• Monthly price: TRY 690 in Turkey (VAT included), USD 19 outside Turkey (if your country charges sales tax, Dodo adds it on the checkout page and shows the total before you pay).
• Automatic renewal: the subscription renews automatically every month on the same day as the order and the monthly price is charged to your saved card. It keeps renewing until you cancel.
• No free trial. The first monthly price is charged when you order.
• Price changes: if heysengo changes the monthly price, it notifies you by email at least 30 days before the change takes effect. The new price applies from the first renewal after the notice; if you don't accept it, you can cancel before that renewal.
• Accepted payment methods: credit and debit cards. Your card details never reach heysengo.

5. Cancellation

• You can cancel at any time: in one click from My account › Studio Monthly, or by writing to destek@heysengo.com.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period. The Studio stays open until the end of the period you paid for; the subscription then doesn't renew and access closes.
• You can undo the cancellation until the end of the period.
• After the subscription closes, your cloud archive falls under the free tier quota (1 GB). Files over the quota are not deleted; you can't upload new ones, but you can download and delete existing files.

6. Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, Dodo retries it and your Studio access is suspended in the meantime. Access reopens automatically when the payment goes through. If the payment keeps failing, the subscription ends.

7. Performance

Access opens on your account immediately once the first payment confirmation reaches heysengo, and you get an email. If a technical problem blocks access we fix it; if we can't, we refund the price of the period you couldn't use.

8. Right of withdrawal

With your explicit consent, performance of the service starts immediately after payment. Therefore, under art. 15(1)(h) of the Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation, you have no right of withdrawal for a service whose performance started within the withdrawal period. You confirm this separately when ordering.

Your right to cancel (§5) is separate from the right of withdrawal and is always available.

9. Sales restriction (country)

The licence of the MiniMax H3 model used in the Studio excludes the European Union, the United Kingdom, South Korea and the United States. You declare that you are not located in these territories (Terms of Use §6).

10. Compatible hardware and software

An up-to-date web browser and an internet connection are enough. To generate, you need an AI provider account in your own name and an API key; that account's terms and charges belong to the provider.

11. Disputes

• Disputes below the monetary threshold announced each year by the Ministry of Trade go to the consumer arbitration committee (Law No. 6502, art. 68/1).
• Above that threshold, you may apply to the consumer court after first applying to mediation (Law No. 6502, art. 73/A).
