heysengo Hey Click Course + Studio Bundle — Pre-Contract Information Form

This is an English translation provided for convenience. If you are a consumer in Turkey, the Turkish version prevails.

This form sets out what you need to know before you confirm your order. If you read and accept this form and then confirm the order, you are under an obligation to pay. This form is an integral part of the Distance Sales Agreement.

1. Main characteristics of the product

heysengo Hey Click is a written course on video production with artificial intelligence, provided over the internet. It contains no video lessons. The package you buy includes:

• Written lessons, with interactive and animated explanations inside the lessons.
• A scene prompt library and sample outputs.
• Resource lists and a "low-cost production" section.
• A setup script and step-by-step setup instructions.
• The Heysi Eğitmen AI assistant, if it is included in your package. The daily question limit is stated on the product page.

Subject of the content. The first course teaches how to run the MiniMax H3 open-weight video model with ComfyUI. For this, you open a Google Cloud account in your own name.

Access period. You have access to the content you buy for as long as the heysengo Hey Click service continues. New modules, updates and, if included in your package, Heysi Eğitmen are provided for the update period shown on the product page and at the payment step.

The Studio, for good. In addition to the course, the bundle includes the Hey Click Studio tools: workflows, scene planning, Prompt Doctor, characters and locations, discovery, calendar, video and image generation with the API key of your own AI provider account, and 5 GB of cloud archive tied to your account. Studio access is not a subscription; with one payment it stays open for as long as the heysengo Hey Click service continues. Generation credits are not included: you pay the provider whose key you use directly; heysengo does not sell credits.

Personal use. The package is for one person. You may not share your account with anyone else (Terms of Use §3).

2. Seller

Referred to below as "heysengo".

Merchant of Record for card payments: Dodo Payments. If you choose to pay by card, the payment page belongs to Dodo Payments. Dodo is the Merchant of Record that resells the product on behalf of heysengo:

• Dodo collects your payment.
• Dodo issues the invoice and handles sales tax.
• Dodo makes refunds.
• This transaction is also subject to Dodo's buyer terms: https://dodopayments.com/legal/buyer-terms.

In every case, heysengo provides the course content and grants the license to use it. Access, support and the commitments in this form are heysengo's.

3. Complaints and contact

You can write to destek@heysengo.com with questions, complaints and refund requests. State the order number shown on the "Siparişlerim" (My Orders) page in your account. Requests are answered within 3 business days at the latest.

For orders paid through Dodo, you can also use Dodo's support channels for payment, invoice and refund matters. For access and content problems, write to heysengo.

4. Price and payment

• The total price is shown at the payment step, including all taxes. There are no additional delivery costs and no charges for distance communication.
• In Turkey, the price is in Turkish lira and includes VAT. Outside Turkey, the price is in US dollars. If sales tax applies in your country, Dodo adds it on the payment page and shows the total before you pay.
• Accepted payment method: credit or debit card. Payment is taken on Dodo Payments' secure payment page; your card details do not reach heysengo.
• This is a one-time payment. There is no subscription and no automatic renewal.

5. Sales restriction (country)

Under the model's license, the course's MiniMax H3 modules are not sold to persons located in the European Union, the United Kingdom, South Korea and the United States of America. The license calls these four regions "Excluded Territories".

We ask for your billing country at the payment step. Orders from these regions are not accepted. When you buy, you declare that you are not located in these regions (Terms of Use §6).

6. Delivery and performance

• For card payments, access opens in your account immediately when the payment confirmation reaches heysengo. An email is also sent.
• If a technical problem prevents access, we fix the problem. If we cannot fix it, we refund the price you paid.

7. Right of withdrawal

This agreement is for a service performed instantly in electronic form and intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer. For this reason, under Distance Contracts Regulation, art. 15(1)(ğ), you have no statutory right of withdrawal.

When you place the order, you also confirm separately that you want immediate access to the content and that you know this consequence. The details are in the Right of Withdrawal Exception and Voluntary Refund Policy.

8. Voluntary refund guarantee

Although there is no statutory right of withdrawal, heysengo gives this guarantee: if you apply within 7 days of the purchase date and you have opened no more than 10% of the course's paid lessons, we refund the full price without asking for a reason.

In the bundle the voluntary refund guarantee applies on the same condition; only the share of paid lessons opened is assessed.

9. Technical protection measures

Access to the content is tied to your account. We use the following measures to prevent account sharing and bulk copying:

• reading rate limits (per minute and per day)
• session control
• access to content files only while you are signed in

These measures do not affect your reading in normal use.

10. Compatible hardware and software

To read the course, an up-to-date web browser and an internet connection are enough.

To do the production described in the course, you need:

• A Google account and a Google Cloud account opened in your own name.
• A Google Cloud account with billing enabled, that is, upgraded to a paid account. GPUs cannot be used on Google's trial account.
• A GPU quota, which Google must approve. Google grants the quota approval; there is no guarantee of approval or of timing. If approval is not granted, the course explains an hourly GPU rental option.
• Under the license, the server must also be opened outside the excluded regions.

Google Cloud's charges and the terms of the $300 trial credit are Google's. heysengo does not grant this credit (Terms of Use §7).

11. Disputes

The route for complaints and objections depends on the amount:

• For disputes whose value is below the monetary limit announced each year by the Ministry of Trade, you apply to the consumer arbitration committee (Consumer Protection Law No. 6502, art. 68(1)). You can apply to the committee at your place of residence or at the place where you made the consumer transaction (art. 68(3)).
• For disputes above this limit, you can apply to the consumer court, on condition that you first apply to mediation under Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502, art. 73/A.
