heysengo Hey Click Terms of Use and Acceptable Use Policy

This is an English translation provided for convenience. If you are a consumer in Turkey, the Turkish version prevails.

These terms govern your use of heysengo Hey Click. They are an annex to the Distance Sales Agreement. The terms "heysengo" and "Student" defined in the agreement have the same meaning here.

1. Service

heysengo Hey Click is an educational service that provides, over the internet, the written lessons, the prompt library, the resources, the setup script and, if included in your package, Heysi Eğitmen.

None of the tools described in the course belong to heysengo. They are products of third parties, provided under their own terms. The main ones are:

• the MiniMax H3 model
• ComfyUI
• Google Cloud

2. Account

1. When you open an account, you give accurate information and verify your email address.
2. You are responsible for protecting your password and your session. If you notice that your account has been used without permission, write to destek@heysengo.com immediately.
3. If you are under 18, you need the consent of your parent or guardian to make a purchase (Turkish Civil Code, arts. 11 and 16).

3. License and prohibition on account sharing

1. The license granted to you. For the content you buy, heysengo grants you a license to use it that is:

   • personal
   • non-transferable
   • non-exclusive
   • non-sublicensable

   The license is valid for your access period.

2. Single-person use. An account is for one person. You may not:

   • Share your account with anyone else.
   • Give your login details to anyone else.
   • Sell or rent your access.
   • Show lessons to more than one person from the same account, for example in a class or in internal company training.

   For corporate use, write to info@heysengo.com.

3. Technical measures. To prevent sharing and bulk copying, we apply reading rate limits and session control. Attempting to circumvent these measures is a breach of these terms. Examples:

   • automated downloading
   • scraping
   • bypassing limits

4. Intellectual property

1. Our content. The text, layout, images, animated explanations, prompt library and setup script of the lessons are the intellectual property of heysengo or its licensors. You may not use this content to:

   • reproduce it
   • republish it
   • sell it
   • put it into another course, book or video, or into an AI model as training data
2. The permission granted to you. You may use and modify the prompts in the prompt library and the setup script in your own productions. The videos you produce with them are yours. What is prohibited is distributing or selling the library or the script itself in bulk.
3. Third-party content. Sample outputs from external sources and links shown in the course belong to their owners. They are subject to their own terms.

5. You are responsible for the content you produce

1. You alone are responsible for all content you produce with what you learn in the course and for how you use that content. This covers videos, images, audio and text. heysengo does not see, review or claim ownership of the content you produce.

2. In the content you produce, it is your obligation to comply with:

   • other people's copyright, trademark, personality and privacy rights
   • the applicable legislation
   • the license of the model you use
3. The course describes "local and unfiltered operation". This means that on a server you set up yourself, there is no server-side filter from the model's provider. It does not mean that any content is permitted. What may be produced is determined by law and by the model's acceptable use policy (§6 and §8).

6. MiniMax H3 license

The course's H3 modules cover the MiniMax H3 model. This model is provided under the MiniMax H3 Community License Agreement (2 August 2026). You download the model weights yourself. In doing so, you accept the license directly with MiniMax's licensor.

heysengo is not a representative or dealer of MiniMax and does not grant you an H3 license. You must read the current text of the license yourself: https://huggingface.co/MiniMaxAI/MiniMax-H3/blob/main/LICENSE. The summary below does not replace the license.

1. Regional rule. The license prohibits using, reproducing, modifying and distributing the model, and displaying its outputs, in four regions it calls "Excluded Territories" (license I.5, II, V.4 and Exhibit A/1). These regions are:

   • the European Union
   • the United Kingdom
   • South Korea
   • the United States of America

   Therefore:

   • When you buy, you declare that you are not located in these regions. heysengo does not sell the H3 modules to orders from these regions.
   • You do not install or use H3 in these regions. You also open your cloud server outside these regions. The course explains how to do this.
   • You do not display or publish outputs produced with H3 in these regions. You must take into account that content published on a public website can be viewed from these regions.
   • If you move to one of these regions or are located there, you stop using H3 there. This rule is not lifted except through the official application route offered by the license.
2. The "Powered by MiniMax H3" notice. If you offer a commercial product or service that uses H3, you display the name "MiniMax H3" prominently in its interface (license IV.2). heysengo requires this to be done with the notice "Powered by MiniMax H3". We also use this notice on our course pages.
3. Machine-generated label. When you share H3 output in a public setting, you state clearly and prominently that the content is machine-generated (Exhibit A/12).
4. Prohibition on training other models. You do not use H3 outputs to train or improve any AI model other than H3 (license V.3).
5. Revenue threshold. If your annual revenue exceeds USD 20 million, you must obtain prior written permission from MiniMax for commercial use of H3 (license IV.1).
6. Responsibility for outputs. The license states that MiniMax claims no rights over the outputs and that the user is responsible for the outputs (license VI.4).
7. Distribution of weights. Do not share model files, disk images or snapshots with anyone else. This falls under the license's distribution conditions (license III).

If you breach the H3 license, this is also a serious breach of these terms toward heysengo (Agreement §8).

7. Google Cloud: account, billing and the $300 credit

1. The account is yours. The course explains how to do production in a Google Cloud account you open in your own name. This account is between you and Google. heysengo does not access your account, does not manage your account and does not act on behalf of your account.
2. The bill is yours. You are responsible for every charge incurred in Google Cloud. These include GPU, server, disk, network and storage charges. heysengo does not cover or refund these charges.

3. The $300 is Google's trial credit. The $300 credit mentioned in the course is a trial credit that Google gives to new accounts under its own terms.

   • heysengo does not grant this credit, does not guarantee that you will receive it and does not set its terms.
   • The amount, duration and scope of the credit are Google's decision and may change.
4. GPUs require a paid account and quota. GPUs cannot be used on Google's trial account. To use GPUs, you must upgrade your account to a paid account. After the upgrade, when the credit runs out or expires, spending is charged to your card. Google approves the GPU quota. heysengo gives no guarantee of approval or of timing.

5. Recommended budget lock. Before you start your first GPU machine, we strongly recommend that you:

   • Set up a budget and a budget alert.
   • Shut down the machine when you are not using it.
   • Keep the automatic shutdown in the course setup script turned on.

   Google's budget alerts do not stop spending automatically; they only notify you. Our script does not start a GPU machine without a budget alert and a GPU quota, and it shuts down an idle machine. Even so, the script does not guarantee that it will limit spending if an error occurs or Google changes something on its side.

6. During setup, do not send passwords, API keys, service account keys or card details to heysengo, to Heysi or to the support channels.

8. Acceptable Use Policy

You may not use heysengo Hey Click, or what you learn in the course, for the following purposes. If you use H3, the use policy in Exhibit A of the license also applies separately. This list does not replace it.

1. Violating the law or other people's copyright, trademark, personality and privacy rights.
2. Any content that exploits or harms minors. This is absolutely prohibited; if we detect it, we report it to the competent authorities.
3. Impersonating a person without their consent or legal authority. Examples: misleading content using a real person's face, voice or name.
4. Producing and spreading false information to deceive people, influence elections or cause harm. Producing fake reviews, fake engagement or fake evidence.
5. Harassment, defamation, hate speech and discrimination. Exploiting vulnerable groups.
6. Supporting violent extremism or terrorism.
7. Distributing AI content publicly without stating that it is machine-generated.
8. Attempting to circumvent safety measures put in place by model providers. Examples: filters on the API or hosted-service side.
9. Damaging heysengo's infrastructure, exceeding its limits, scraping content or attempting to access other users' accounts.
10. Querying Heysi Eğitmen in bulk for purposes outside the course or attempting to exceed its quota.

If heysengo receives a concrete notice that this policy has been breached, it investigates. If necessary, it suspends or closes access (Agreement §8). You can send breach notices to destek@heysengo.com.

9. Limits of the service

1. The course describes AI tools as they were at the time of writing. These tools change quickly. Price, version, quota and license information may have changed. We try to keep the content up to date during the update period. Even so, you must check the official source before you make a decision.

2. The course does not guarantee that you will achieve a particular production result, revenue or earnings. It also does not guarantee:

   • that GPU quota will be approved
   • that a clip will be produced in a particular time on particular hardware
3. Heysi Eğitmen is an AI assistant and can make mistakes. Check its answers, especially those about cost and security, before you apply them.

10. Liability

heysengo is liable for damage caused by its own fault to the extent provided by law. heysengo is not liable for:

• The charges, outages and changes to terms of third-party services (Google Cloud, MiniMax H3, ComfyUI and similar).
• Claims arising from content you produce.
• The consequences of decisions you make in your own account.

This section does not limit your statutory rights as a consumer or liability arising from intent or gross negligence.

11. Changes

We may change these terms. We notify you of a significant change by email at least 15 days before it takes effect. We do not unilaterally narrow, to your detriment, the main characteristics of the package you bought or the license granted to you.

Every version is kept on record. The version you confirmed when you bought can be read from your order page.

12. Governing law

Turkish law applies to these terms. In a dispute, the disputes section of the Distance Sales Agreement applies. If you live outside Turkey, your rights under the mandatory consumer rules of your place of residence are reserved.
