The subject of this Agreement is the determination of the parties' rights and obligations in accordance with the provisions of the Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, regarding the sale and delivery of the product/service whose qualities and sale price are specified below and which the BUYER has ordered electronically from the SELLER's website at www.heysengo.com.
3Service Subject to the Agreement
These are the SaaS (Software as a Service) subscription packages, website templates, and related digital services purchased electronically. The details, duration, and pricing of the service are as specified on the order page.
4General Provisions
- The BUYER declares that they have read and become informed of the preliminary information regarding the basic qualities of the service subject to the agreement, the sale price, the payment method, and delivery on the SELLER's website, and that they have provided the necessary confirmation electronically.
- The SELLER is responsible for delivering the service subject to the agreement in full and in accordance with the qualities specified in the order.
- For the delivery of the service subject to the agreement, this agreement must be approved electronically by the BUYER and its price must be paid via the payment method preferred by the BUYER.
5Right of Withdrawal
Services performed instantly in an electronic environment and intangible goods delivered to the consumer instantly (digital content, software, etc.) fall within the exceptions to the right of withdrawal under the Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts. For this reason, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for purchased digital services and subscriptions; however, an assessment may be made at the SELLER's initiative or within the framework of the refund policy.
